In March I brought home Bella:
At this point my rabbit cages were in the barn on pallets! But I was loving them to pieces and enjoying my new mini-rabbitry. AND anxious for babies!
My first litter arrived on May 4th.... also on my Dad's birthday! :) I was ecastic! You can read that post here.
In the summer I upgraded and moved into my brother's old shop. I still had cages on the floor, but Dad built me a great cage stand!
I sold my first bunnies in July.
On July 1st, my first home-bred keeper arrived.
Mickey:
And I could keep going and going, but I'll stop there. :)
Some fun facts from the last year:
Number of Kits Born (not including peanuts): 35
Number of Litters Born: 10

Number of Bunnies Sold: 16
Thank you so much to all of you who have supported me!!! Thank you to all who bought bunnies from me, helped me start my rabbitry, encouraged me, gave me advice, and the list goes on. I appreciate each and every one of you so much!!!! I had an amazing year and can't wait to see what 2012 brings.
THANKS FOR A GREAT YEAR!!!!
Gratefully,
Emily and all the buns. :)
